Description
Tall Meadow Rue (Thalictrum Pubescens?).
This is currently in bloom in our backyard but nailing down which specific type of Thalictrum is tricky...there are some 200 species.
But if you are interested here is a link to an excellent page with pictures from a gardener who loves experimenting with as many species of Thalictrum as he can get his hands on:)

P.S. Better detail at the zoom.

The thing I find so wonderful about this shot is that you cleared a path to it! LOL! Okay, okay ... aside from that ... you've done a wonderful job of getting all the details of this lovely plant. Full bloom, little buds, and the distinctive leaves ... excellent work!

Beautiful shot of this lacy and delicate flower. It looks light enough to just float away. It needs a sexy little faery relaxing on it LOL! Really cool shot, Bill!
Tough capture with the multi layers that they develop into. Very nice capture. Dana
