Description
...stoned...that is this beach has many stones:) I was going to title this, "Guess the number of stones on the beach - and win a prize". But after 10 seconds I quickly thought better of the whole thing. LOL.
This POV is where the swiveling LCD monitor on the back of my camera really came in handy. This image was taken with the camera about 3-4 inches above the beach sand.

Great low-angle view on this one, Bill! And this is a scene perfectly suited for monochrome. Beautifully composed as well. BTW, there are 1,156,862,542 rocks in this photo... give or take one or two stepped on by the person in the distance and pushed into the sand. LOL!

I think RodS might be off by a few, I only counted 1,156,862,527, but what's a few rocks among friends???!!! Not the easiest beach to walk on for sure!!
I started to count and thought better of it too so many there are and wonder if each as a story to tell awesome capture warm hugs, Linda

Pretty uncomfortable lying on a towel on that beach, ha ha! But great for stone seekers!
If you forget about the sea, this reminds me very much of those amazing landscapes of Mars.

I like this in b&w. The rocks on the beach show up in such wonderful relief! The gray and slightly stormy mood hides a lovely secret. That was such a beautiful day!
