Description
...stoned...that is this beach has many stones:) I was going to title this, "Guess the number of stones on the beach - and win a prize". But after 10 seconds I quickly thought better of the whole thing. LOL.
This POV is where the swiveling LCD monitor on the back of my camera really came in handy. This image was taken with the camera about 3-4 inches above the beach sand.

I think the correct number of pebbles is somewhere between Marilyn and RodS...but that's just me. This is a marvelous shot. I like the bleakness of it. It also reminds me of those photos from the Viking Space Probes sent to Mars in the 1970s. Wonderful POV as well! In short, I really like this shot and the fact that it could be here on earth or way the heck off somewhere else. Nice!
