This is for Schonee who gifted me her beautiful Kyra. I wanted to do a close up to show her beautiful face but could not resist making a bit more room to include my favorite critters... raven and dragon.
I wanted a unique wood elf look for her so again I enhanced her face with makeup and designs from LM which I find work so well with Kyra.
Trust... it can very hard to give in this mean old world but it is a critical step to love. It is inate to us all. It is probably the first "emotion" that we all experience as babies when we bond with our moms and dads. And it is trust that let's us grow into friendships later in life.
So naturally vital is it that it is shared by virtually all the animal kingdom that gives live births and by birds. It is the glue that lets our pets bond with us and become our beloved fur babies and feather friends. I suspect dragons, being the intelligent creatures of legend that they are, would also learn to trust us - although perhaps at first with a touch of trepidation.
Here I try to capture a bit of that magical moment.

Very beautiful scene...love the close up...Schonee will be so proud on this one..love the glitter and glamour on this one..
You always surprise me my friend, great composition, amazing work of art!
I really like this vision, Roxy. When I first saw her she reminded me of a particular figure in the Tarot; the Nine of Pentacles in Waite's edition. It is not that they appear the same on the surface but there is a clear sympathy between the two figures on an archetypal level. Trust and Faith .. there never is one without the other .. and both are what?.. confident belief in the unseen real. What point could there be to living without this essential "glue", as you say? How could we continue on without Trust that there is indeed a meaning back of all that we experience? Beautiful imagery blended with significant words! A sweet combination. Terry
Beautiful scene and dedication.
A profound concept so often abused and betrayed by humans, but ot seems like a phenix always rising out of the ashes. Beatiful work!
Gorgeous scene, love it! :)
Yes! Very fine details. Superbly done! 5/5
Wonderful scene here. I really like her face close-up, and the way the greenery reaches out just as she does too :) I just had an hour long conversation about trust and love with a good friend like 5 hours ago lol. Thank you.
Vibrant colours and beautiful textures and meticulous details. But what does the picture means? She seem very determined about to do something!
Excellent image!

The detail here is really stunning, and yes, it MUST be viewed full-sized! Such a rich image! Wonderful!
Just beautiful. The one word that keeps coming to mind when I view your work lately: "Style." You've evolved a VERY nice artistic style, very distinctive and very compelling. Nicely done Roxy, nicely done.
lovely close up..Love the earthy tones
The trust of animals is probably the toughtest one to achieve, but I seem to attract them all the time and so does Kyra ! Neat scene, textures and use of props...just a wee suggestion, I think I would change the colour of the Dragon or make a bit more vivid, so it stands out more from the leather texture, otherwise nice work Roxy ! ~Cheers~
Beautiful image and render. Great background with the trees and glass window. Greetz!
Wonderful work! this is really good!
