What do you see when you look in th mirror?
This image is very close to my heart. In December I had a surgery to take back my life. To live it to the fullest, enjoy my family. I had weight loss surgery. For years when I looked in the mirror I really didn't see anyone but a fat person. Now when I look in the mirror I see the person that will be.

It is about the person you are on the inside and the person you can be. I am glad for you that you have had the opportunity to see beyond the now and realize what your potential may be. I pray that you exceed your own vision, and preconceptions. Just remember who you are on the inside is not determined by who you are on the outside, but it doesn't hurt for what's outside to reflect what is on the inside. From what I gather in your gallery, you are a wonderful and profound person with a romantic streak. Admirable qualities. God bless.

Wonderful image! I know that is a hard decision, my sis did the same thing. Big hugs and lots of prayers to you! You're a beautiful person no matter the size, but you have to make yourself happy too. Hugs to you sis.

Neat concept and realization! My cousin had that done a little while back, and it changed her life. She has trouble with certain foods, but other than that, she feels so much better physically and emotionally -_^

I'm glad you did something to help your self image. But you need to know that (other than concern for any related health issues) your family probably loves you just for you, no matter what. And a certain number of us like women just how God made them - in ALL their fabulous shapes and forms! Good luck dear and don't try to do too much while you're healing!
