Description
Tylosaurus was a mosasaur, predatory marine lizard closely related to modern monitor lizards and to snakes. Along with plesiosaurs, sharks, fish, and other genera of mosasaurs, it was a dominant predator of the Western Interior Seaway during the Late Cretaceous. Tylosaurus proriger was among the largest of all the mosasaurs, reaching maximum lengths of 15 meters or more (49 ft). Stomach contents associated with specimens of Tylosaurus proriger indicate that this ferocious mosasaur had a varied diet, including fish, sharks, smaller mosasaurs, plesiosaurs, and flightless diving birds such as Hesperornis.Tylosaurus seems to have preferred shallow, nearshore waters.

Very cool, but the only thing missing is maybe some bubbles or floaty bits of stuff. Cool looking mosasaur.
Remarkable
Excellent and very fluid looking poses. Great water effect and almost perfect lighting.
awesome :-)
Your model and pose are fantastic! The underwater scene is also very well done.
Fantastic models and underwater scene! Excellent work!!
totally awesome, as usual!
Great underwater scene!
Exelente trabalho,congratulações! Excellent work,congratulations!
Great underwater scene Raul, and superb models as usual.
The skull on these guys is awesome... However the tail is too short and small, and your flippers are too pronounced. Mosasaurs swam like snakes, by undulating their bodies side to side. The flippers were more just used for steering rather than power in their swimming (and it is speculated at least one family lost these limbs to became snakes...). Just an FYI as I love your modelling and texturing on your Dinosaurs. Just sadly the anatomy of these guys is more like a Pliosaur or Plesiosaur.
I love it, great modeling!
Gorgeous scene, your work is always marvelous!!
who's a pretty boy then?
I really enjoy your reptile and dinosaur models. Thanks for sharing another terrific art work.
