Description
Captured back on 1/21/09, early on an overcast morning, about 1.85 miles/2.98 kilometers from my accretive abode.
Check it out full size to really appreciate the significance of the images.
Not exactly what you would call pride of home ownership.
What's worse is that this isn't stuck out somewhere in the boonies but off a very busy and well traveled street where everybody can see it.
Toodles, and thankx for the peek.

Wow... maybe before they install a new fence they can update the yard, too. Too much work; so little time! Nice capture, Harry.
This just reminds me of all the chores I have to do around my house! Nice picture!
Must be an aluminum fence? The pickets look bent, maybe someone backed into it? Yes, the property does look like it needs some TLC... nice captures!
Very cool way of focusing, a fun capture with a perfect title!
Even a fence can use some TLC...cool shots Harry:-)
Maybe the owner is waiting for someone to volunteer to fix it rather than look at in it's present condition. Awesome shot.
Wow, that really is in nasty shape. Nice shots, though.
Looks like the PitBull wanted out...really bad!
nice collage...
Looks like a good area to park a motor home or boat, after they fix the gate up a bit.. cool photos.
That looks like a metal fence...something must have run into it..several times..:)
Giving the guy the benefit of the doubt...maybe he's been hit by the difficult economic times??? I've never seen what looks to be a metal picket fence before...only wood and plastic. Your collage does a fine job of nailing him. Let's call the yard police:)
Good reason to stay inside I guess. And peek out from a cracked shade at the guy taking pictures of your fence. Glad the pitbull stayed away! Nice shots and great title!
Oh my - once they have fixed that, I have some work that needs to be done on my driveway! Send them South please!!!! :)
adream came to a end and now the frence shows to all who past by and wonder what the broken dream was. cool shots here. excuse my frist words as it was the first thoughts i had as i look at the photos
Wow I thought our fence was bad. The school district in their infinite wisdom decided to open a charter school for all the kids kicked out of regular high school. They opened it three doors down from our house , get this upstairs from a bar. Those kids come down by our house to smoke, liter, rip our fence boards off, and throw rocks at the house. Yeah! not. Great shots.
hmmm...maybe there is someone living behind this fence qho either hasn't the money to fix the fence or stopped mending a fence which got run over every second week again...
