Description
One for us Girls!
Please view full size; it is big.
This is for my new friend gloriatanta who has been doing beautiful portraits of fairy important people in her own unique and magical style. I love so much of Tanta's work but "Golden" is a real favourite. Tanta also is a lover of mythology and so I devote this well-built Mesopotamian God to her.
This is the second of four portriat style images of the main characters in the upcoming Ishtar and the Quest for Knowledge series. Again I have upgraded the character from M3 to M4 and changed his look quite a bit - he is more overtly muscular, he's got hair and overall I find him more beautiful for sure.
Isimud was the vizier for Enki, God of Wisdom and Grandfather to both Ishtar and Ninshubar. Isimud was unique amongst all the Gods in his ability to freely travel between the living world and the land of the dead, for among other duties he was the royal messanger. Previously we saw how Enki used Isimud's gift when he sent Isimud to the underworld to negotiate the freedom of Ishtar and her good for nothing husband, Tammuz.
Isimud also had gifts of magic and he commanded Enki's army of minions and demons, as we shall see in this forthcoming episode.
Background painted by me in photoshop.

He looks great. You did an excellent job. Now how about doing a godess for us mere mortal men?
Excellent work and dedication
Very, very impressive! I definitely like this version better! I look forward to the next series!
Plasmid, there is a Goddess already done in this series, click on the "Ninshubar - for Liz" hotbutton!
This character is most impressive. He really gives off the look and aura of an ancient deity. Magnifique!
Roxy this is a wonderful image and superb dedication to Tanta. She's a wodnerful artist and lady who really deserves it so much.

Fantastic character my friend, great skin texture and sweet dedication!******
Excellent work and dedication
A very nice Isimud! I like the musculature. Great background! Very much in keeping with the feel of Mesotpotamian tales. The dark hair is great too. The Sumerians called themselves the "Black-headed People". Of course, Sumerians are not Babylonians, but still... :)
Excellent character, you can almost feel his strength just looking at it!

Very powerful looking character. Background is excellent too!!
A male! That was a welcome change. He is very god looking but seem to be a little uptight! But I guess if you are a Mesopotamian God you cannot be relaxed and laidback (as all we here at Renderosity are..:)
Fabulous dedication...bravissima!V:DDD.Hugsxx
