Description

I was taking a long walk and had got somewhat lost. Suddenly a movement further down the valley caught my eye - at first I couldn't believe what I was seeing so edged closer for a better look. Sure enough, casually drinking in the stream was a dinosaur - I had enough knowledge to identify it as a brachiosaurus from the Jurassic period - surely this had been extinct for around 150 million years! And yet here it was! I grabbed for my camera, my hands shaking with exceitement. I don't know if it was the shutter noise, or the fluttering of some unknown winged creature from a nearby tree, but the giant reptile looked up and then drew itself to it's full height - a sight I will never forget! ________________________ Just a bit of fun!
