Description
This is me feeding the seagulls on the ferry!!
It's fun cheap and easy... They will come and get it out of your hand, or you can throw it.
I don't ride the ferry often, long wait to get on...
But when I do, I take a loaf of bread, the ride is about 15 min. The wait to get on is an hour or two.
The ferry goes from Galveston to Bolivar Peninsula Texas.
Have a great day.

Oh my did you know this can be dangerous...my friend was doing that and lost a finger..Please be careful...Great shot BTW
Wonderful shot!
Wonderful! Yes, please do be careful. I was feeding some little sea lions at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, with small fish the aquarium provided us, and a gull swooped down and snatched it away. They are quite adept at that.
Wow! You are fearless!!!!!! Didn't you ever watch "The Birds" ?? I am glad no one was injured in the filming of this wild shot!!!!! It is a wonderful picture but after reading about people losing fingers to these ferocious creatures I'd be very wary!!!!!! Wonderful work but be careful!!!!!!!
Seagulls are a real nuisance here, they wake me up before 2a.m. and I live in town! We had one nesting on a house a few doors from me but the nest has now been professionally removed. Well shot though.
I'm the same, I can't resist!
I would be more worried about my clothes and the gull droppings! ^_^ Nice photo.
such a wonderful treat!!
oh...very cool shot!
extraordinary shot!!!!
excellent shot, makes me smile!
This is very cool. Great capture. I am glad you had fun!
Cool Picture F'nor
Your gulls have black heads!!!! Ours have white, we're inland, yet have so many gulls around they've become pest like. You can always tell where garbage day is in the city by looking where the gulls are circling overhead. Glad you came through unscathed and had some fun!! Want some of ours??
Fantastic capture my friend, adorable mood!
Hi, somehow I've been missing your posts. This is great...they always look so neat soaring above beaches, boats, etc. It appears they have staked the ferry out as a good free handout location:-)
