Description
Achill Island in the North West of County Mayo as I am sure you will know by now is one of my most favoured places in Ireland for Landscapes, and I have returned to this particular spot so many times in the hope of getting the right time and place for this sort of seascape, the colours of the seaweed rocks and ocean, and mists in the early Morning, for once seemed to conspire in my favour for once!!

that is one amazing capture, were you on land or in a boat. it is not very safe waters around there many a life has been lost in those waters.

There was much talk of the beauty of Achill Island as I was living in Galway, but I never chanced to drive off there unfortunately...What a gorgeous view and photograph you've taken here. It definitely has to be a fav, and a vibrant reminder of my Irish years in Connemara! :-)
