Very nice. This has a high degree of realism - oops, is that in conflict with your description? LOL! Fantastic lighting, very much a "sunset" look to it. The textures look to be very good too - I wish the image were just a bit larger. All in all, extremely good work!

You really mastered the use of your illumination nodes (I guess that's what controls light in DAZ ?). The beautiful and atmospheric light and reflection setup adds that special touch to this enigmatic image. As Philip K. Dick put it: "If in doubt, reality is what doesn't go away - even if you refuse to believe in it". Sometimes it might be a stranger carrying a gun.
