Description

Sharp~Shinned Hawk, I do believe? Correct me if I'm wrong? It was a beautiful day, the sky was so blue and it was 53 degrees, I was having a bad case of spring fever, and there he was... It made my day! I hope you like it too... I'm literally counting the days until spring... Aren't you???? enjoy... It's been suggested that this might be a cooper's hawk... It very well could be, thanks Maria!!!!

What a great picture of the hawk, and especially against the blue sky. It has been a long time since I've seen sky that blue and it is a treat. I love Oregon but these gray skies are getting annoying.

We may have had the same idea on the same day but your photo is the much better photograph. Awesome detail. Love it! Also read your comments on your home page. I feel the same way about Rosity and "talking" to others - there is the same trend. Thanks for sharing. Dana P

Great shot! Well seen and captured!! Could he be a juvenile Cooper's Hawk? I posted one about 10 images back in my gallery, he looks very similar to me.
