Description
I'm lucky to live in an area so rich with wildlife,
and I'm persistent enough to capture some of its
beauty. I hope you enjoy this one...
The weather was crazy here today it snowed like a
blizzard and this evening it's all gone... Spring
is coming... yeah!!!!!!!
I'd like to shout out a very Happy Birthday to Jodie!!!!

Seems like this heron has plans to build a nest. Do they fly when it snows? Beautiful capture. Aloha... PS. Rain has stopped
Ahhhh....Akemi-san, choice capture here~ Love that indigo color this one has and in full flt. no less. We have these around here in limited numbers but not as brilliantly colored as this...Maika'i~~ Aloha~
Supurb capture!
great capture quick on the finger, its got a nice wing span.
I've seen lots of white herons, but never lucky enough to spot one of these. Beautiful set of feathers & caught in full wingspread - great shot...
Wonderful blueish metal feathers.
beautiful shot. It looks a little overexposed to me but that could be my screen. The bird is a lovely color!
Oh how lovely!
nice capture
Superb!
An excellent capture, great!!
Nicely done... feet just off the ground and beautiful wings!
Excellent work !! You can almost see the wind rushing down its back !! :)
Lucky you! What a beautiful capture!
Wow. That's just gorgeous! However patient you had to be ... it was worth the trouble!
super shot
Excellent photo. And the colour of the bird really stands out against the grey/pale grass.
Excellent capture.
Wonderful shot! From the thumbnail I'd thought it was selectively coloured, but I see that the grass was just last year's dried out growth. Lucky you to have seen this in person. : )
excellent !
What a beautiful incredible shot of a beautiful incredible heron!
A lovely capture that shows off his beautiful feathers.
