It gives scale to the word big. The Gulf seems reticent to admit it was the agent of action.
You reaaly captured the devastation Richard
Absolutely Blown Away!!!
Wow not much left of it. Sad how much is lost in a bad one like that
Woww, excellent capture!
Terrible situation but beautiful pict. I like the lines and the composition.
Incredible to see the force of nature. Great shot, dear Richard. Hugs. Diane. xx
powerful image!
Fantastic shot my friend....!!!! Impressive building about to fall....!!!!
The forces of nature are ,at times, overwhelming. Excellent photo of a tragic event!

wow... just wow. I'm surprised it's still standing at all...
Kinda got wonder what we are thinking when we build on the water...I guess we will never learn...Super Capture BTW!
impressive shot,it tells about devastation, splendid capture!!:-)
Now thats need to be change! or it will fall down...Great shot
This is so shocking and devastating for those who called this their home. Nature can wipe out in seconds what may take man years to build up. I can't get over how it perfectly gutted this structure.
That whole areas one big disaster. This photo makes it "up close & personal" compared to CNN's aerial views!
That was quite a storm ... I wonder what happened to all of those beach houses on the island. Prolly gone I'm sure. Super shot!
Looks like its barley holding itself together! Excellent capture!
The devastation that these storms leave behind is sad. Thanks for sharing.

Nice, very nice pic!
Awesome!
Well blow me down (or out). A very graphic example of the power of mama nature. It never fails to amaze me of the tenacity of man in the face of such power.
Nicely shot. I took photos of Gulf Shores and Pensacola bout 4 months after Katrina.... The pics are still hard to look at...
Yikes ! It is always hard to see such devastion after a natural disaster. You have, however, taken something awful and created a beautiful photograph of it.
