Description
The source for this image is a digital photo I shot this summer while attending a car show. At the show I came across this very charming fellow...
Using PSPP X2 I removed the clutter from the background and merged in the sky from another photo.... I used the smudge brush to create blades of grass jutting into the sky. I used the smooth brush to smooth around the outline of the dog. I also used the smudge tool on the dog's fur mush like I did on the grass....
I tried various settings in Topaz-Adjust until I got something I liked... I then applied a texture....
