This is a first attempt. Done in DAZ Studio. I had some problems with the lighting...thanks for the help on that Kuzan. Also thank you to j-art and to
magnus073 (Dave) for your encouragement to keep at it and post, thanks for my sister's (lunchlady) patience in waiting for me to get something posted...lol Everyone I've met here on Renderosity has been awesome! My picture is based on all the times I've sat around 'alone' waiting...thank you for checking it out. ~Rain~

beautifully conceived & rendered, the yellowish green lighting evokes late night reflection & feeling, and the way you surrounded the woman in more dark than light gives her a feeling of being protected while she's in repose. Her face looks a bit searching; but she seems at rest. And the detailing of curtain, carpet, etc.—your choice of line & floral detail—is very sensitive. And yes, there are people here at Rosity who will travel the world over to help others. I know that of Dave all the way (all the way, no other expression), and I'm sure it's true of all the others you mention. I wish you and your family & son all the best, and hope this easter is a true easter for you, bringing light & rebirth to you all, whether seen religiously or simply as an expression of the precious depths of the heart. The lighting and atmosphere work very well together. There's a real emotion in this render.
Well, here's a situation I am very familiar with. Being "alone again" I mean, not so much the straddling a bed wearing fishnet stockings aspect of it... Evocative image, and a great composition. Well done ! :)

The surroundings, the light, the figure - that is truly worth its weight in gold - brilliant!!!
The tears flowed as she read the book again... same page over and over... Alone, waiting for something, someone but she didn't know what... or who.. Head rested on her soft white arm, she sobbed,, she sobbed so hard... But, this time, in the deepest, darkest night, her lonely cries were heard... An arm slid over her delicate back, a man sat on the bed beside her... She started.. Head turned, she caught sight in the half lit room, of a man, half clothed.. He stroked her head and said; 'Hush now, Babe.. It'll be alright now.. Trust me...' She rolled over and stroked her soft tear stained cheek.. Leaning to kiss them far away... They stared into each others deep, dark eyes.. lost in the depths of their souls... She reached to touch his shoulder and he kissed her.. A kiss that made her feel whole... complete.. That night, while they made love until the dawn came.. All signs of loneliness were swept away... 'Darling, you will never fear the dark again.. you will be alone.. I will always come to you when you call me, I will be your rock so you can stand tall... I will take away the quietly sobbed teardrops.. I am yours, now sleep now...' And he stroked the hair so soft of the girl in the bed.. And he lay with till she woke.. He told her she not be alone again.. alone she never was..... Rob... x

This has to be one of your greatest images presented here, at renderosity, but, maybe it's just my preference. Eveything is done with good taste - nothing too much on textures, nothing too much on the tones; congratulations for such an achievement. I'm not a Daz user myself, but I can admire, when there's something to be admired.
