Description
Caught this couple waving good goodbye to friends who had just climbed aboard the Cessna 208 float plane seen in the midst of taking off.
90-100 years ago, there was a very large pier here. Passengers could catch a steam boat to New York City. It was a 2 1/2 to 3 hour ride. Today, if you take the seaplane, you'll arrive at New York's 23rd Street seaplane marina in 25 minutes or less.
Location: Sea Cliff, New York.
