Description
This used to be the water dish by the back door for the dogs when they were outside. But the birds thought it was THE perfect size for their baths. The birds won out, we didn't want the dogs drinking the birds bath water.
Thank you all so much for your wonderful comments on the previous post, your imaginations are wild and wonderful, you all saw the coolest things in "the ride home". I love each and every comment and got a some laughs as well! And thanks to all who favorited it. Hopefully I'll get caught up with thank you notes as well as veiwing all wonderful things you all have posted. It's way past midnight, again, and the grrrs are all early risers, as is DH (dear hubby)

Rita, it's a great title for a really great photo. I bet those birdies are thanking you and the grrrs for their beautiful blue bath tub!
You don't even want to know how late it is here... I gotta get some sleep too - lol... I look at crows different since Brandon Lee played in the Crow... I also had a friend who use to make the crow calls... didn't know it was a crow until after he died. Then I felt in some way my friend came up to the cabin as a crow to visit me... I know, weird, but that's me.
This is soooo cute Rita :o) good thing you had the camera handy and caught da boidies bathing heehee

Very cute pic Rita and I must admit I've never seen birds take over a dog dish before. :)
Great moment!
You definitely need more dishes and bigger ones too. Something cascading perhaps? Lovely scene, drops and all. And thank you for your generous comments to my images.
Oh poor pooches they lost their bowls, but I guess everyone needs a good bath! What a very fluffy bird that is inside the bowl! Marvelous work!
So funny to see them..that's cute! Great capture Rita :)
Excellent and very lovely capture, Rita!!!
The bowl looks like a hat lol and I can't believe these two big birds have decided it's a bathtub just for them. Althought they are pretty big, I think I would leave them alone too. hehe A great capture of them Rita.
A refreshing dip and a cool picture!
Rita, this is a truly delightful image---superb!!!!!
