Description
This is an older portrait I couldn't let go of. I kept working at it and finally decided it was time to move on. It has a water theme again. I can't seem to get past that.
I created the background in Bryce and then rendered it in Daz. Some tweaking in Paintshop Pro because I can't resist playing with filters. I'm not a purist as you may have guessed by now, and I love all the tools available to us, and want to learn as many as I can. Vue and Poser and Painter books are all stacked on my bed and I've downloaded as many fractal tutorials as I could find. It's like I can't learn this all fast enough! That's how much you all inspire me to grow.
Daz: V3, wet hair by Valea, Lisa's botanicals.
my texture for the morphing startlet dress
Constructive criticism is always welcome here. That's how I learn.

Amazing job
I like her expression =}
Congratulations! I think is gorgeous!!!! 5+ stars
A lovely character with a very thoughtful expression. It adds the sense of a story to this picture, rather than it being just a normal portrait. Very nice composition.
Great image! It sounds like you are having so much fun!
Excellent composition and wonderful work.
Excellent portrait!!! Love the colours, background and lights!!!
this is beautiful! excellent work, no matter how you got there :O)
A very sensitive and wonderful work. I like the silver hair and the shiny eyes!
A good (Blue motif) scene. I would get stuck from time to time on a particular render and think that's an opportunity to break out the Postwork filters. Sometimes it can make the difference from an image you settle on and an image you love.
Terrific image! Wonderful light and textures! I like the style too! 5+

Excellent and very interesting artwork.
Intriguing title and everything looks perfect to me !
I agree, this is not a normal portrait; you can see a vivid story behind her eyes; I like a lot the connection between the color of her eyes, her hair and the sea. Her expression is great also.
Very nice scene and atmosphere compliments for the sharp renderwork

Beautiful portrait and scene, nice lighting as well
She is so beautiful and her eyes are drawing me in. Wonderful render.
nicely done... your water and the light striking across it looks excellent
Gorgeous light and expression ! Splendid portrait !
Excellent pose!! Nice work!!
Her skin does not look real to me,but maybe it's an image from a dreamworld and there everything is possible.so it depends on the viewpoint from which this was created. Other than that it looks ok,that goes for the composition, the texture from the dress and how you have presented it.Nice one.
Très jolie image!
Beautiful portrait, like atmosphere and lightning!
Great job!
