Description
This was shot last October on the way to Tamanawas Falls on Mt Hood. The shutter speed probably should have been a little bit slower, but I think this was hand-held, and there are limits LOL. I liked the bit of color that the Alder leaves added.

This is really pretty with the water, rocks and the alder leaves. I like the water ...looks fine to me but then you know how much I don't know about shutter speeds. My point and shoot works fine for me.
Only so much you can do hand held :-) This is very refreshing considering we are in the 80's already. Thanx Dennis ;-)

I love the affect you got on the water. It really makes it soft and inviting in spite of the obvious power. The leaves, I must agree, add so much to the shot - the color is a real bonus. Amazing capture.

I'm always impressed by silky water effect, and the yellow leaves are the finishing touch in this excellent capture!! (Holland is to flat for waterfalls!!LOL!!) I will need to go elsewhere in the future to try silky water my self!!!!!!!! .......... Have a very nice evening Henk
