Description
I was lookig at some shots I took last Saturday. I have not even looked at lol I did backed them up. Any way it was at the art walk downtown Lafayette and I was running late and parking was bad. I did park at this tower building down town that I knew the gaurd there and I was just going to be a hour anyway. I walked into this art gallery with my big camera and I thought they say something but they say hi and give me a free tickit to go and see the canjun band they had there. I walked around first and took photos then I went to hear the band. the lighting was bad and i shot some photos then I put on the flash and turn it down so it will take off some of the dark shadows. Here the lighting was fair but still bad.
I got a lot of close ups of them playing and a lot did not come out for I hand held the camera.

95% of my shots are handheld and maybe more. I waste so many shots that way but I can get in tighter spots if I take the chance. I like this shot you did. The angle over the shoulder is like being a part of the instrument. Excellent.

I agree, very interesting POV. You seem to gravitate to places where the shots are difficult due to the poor lighting, yet you manage to get some pretty good ones. : )

Fantastic pov Jocko, I would never have dreamed of a pov like this, and its really interesting. It puts an whole new slant on things, a tad on the dark side like you say, but I think that adds to it in this case. The wonderful warm tones from the fiddle, I love to see wood like this. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!
