Description
I was lookig at some shots I took last Saturday. I have not even looked at lol I did backed them up. Any way it was at the art walk downtown Lafayette and I was running late and parking was bad. I did park at this tower building down town that I knew the gaurd there and I was just going to be a hour anyway. I walked into this art gallery with my big camera and I thought they say something but they say hi and give me a free tickit to go and see the canjun band they had there. I walked around first and took photos then I went to hear the band. the lighting was bad and i shot some photos then I put on the flash and turn it down so it will take off some of the dark shadows. Here the lighting was fair but still bad.
I got a lot of close ups of them playing and a lot did not come out for I hand held the camera.

Last night there was a Jamboree here and one of the ladies in the park played her fiddle with cowboy hat on. It isn't the same as the day a young woman from the Peabody brought her electric frame violin to do classic tunes. I really can't explain. Fortunately, no one wants me to.

I think I might have tried to get rid of some of the noise, but I love the close up! I hardly ever have the opportunity to hear these, you are very lucky.

Hand held, huh?! Those are always hard, but you did a REALLY good job with this one. I like the lighting and the POV; it's not your usual fiddle-player shot which makes it all the more appealing to me. Great work!
