Description

Hi, here we go with a detail from a list of beverages done for Seagram Dtld./Jim Beam. It was a series of lists of beverages with cover, back and 6-10 comic pages. It has an historic storyline with themes like American football, prohibition, Las Vegas etc. The first card comic was done in b/w because it had to be done in 12 days includes story, art & lettering. The inking would have had the Quality of the FeliX Pin Up Girls if there would have been more time. The drinks on the card are involved in the comic story. This is a detail from the first double page, done as splash page. The b&w drawing was made with pen & India ink. The brushes were Rothmarder, size 000,00,2,3.
