I would have liked to be able to add a few more finishing touches to this but the displacement mapping of the snow to create those raised areas means that I can't, nor can I render at a higher resolution without the render halting with 'out of memory' so here it is warts and all, I need a bigger computer !! - LOL

Truly like the atmosphere and the feeling that this image provides. Like the trees, the shadows and the snow -- it's all well done. What is the pole at the far right of the image? It looks completely out of place. Nice job on this image!

The lighting is excellent. The way it iluminates the foreground tree is very good, very realistic. As you said, the place does seem a bit too clean, it lacks those "finishing touches". (The pole does look a bit weird, as mentioned earlier.)
