And now for something else completely different...sort of.
I've been on this light and shadow kick lately, especially since I am a long term guest in an apartment full of interesting pebbled glass panels in most of the doors. This shot came about shorty after my morning shower. I noticed light shining in through one of the doors and it struck me as...well...a bit spooky in that B-movie sort of way, and so since I was bored, I decided to amuse myself and this is what happened. It takes so little to amuse me.
There is minimal post work here...I narrowed my neck and added a faint hint of a diffuse glow to the glass.

Breathtaking, Chip! Really, it stoned me there for a while! Wow! The pose is so dramatic! In case you haven't figured it out by now, I'm also an X-Files fan. :-D The picture on the wall and the door to the right (closet)? give a sense of familiarity while the color of the light enhances the spooky mood. One of the best shots I've seen here. Can I rate it 10? :-D

Excellent capture. The hazy silhouette is wonderfully dramatic, perhaps welcoming the looker, perhaps waving a pleasant farewell, or perhaps suggesting the horror that lies behind the screen. There is so much to see in this capture. I admire your ability to ‘see’ these wonderful creations wherever you look.

This is a COOL shot! I was actually a little bit spooked when I first saw it, but then I am a sissy, and alone here at home right now as well.. The simplicity of this shot adds to the effect. Perfect! And spooky..
