Description
And now for something else completely different...sort of.
I've been on this light and shadow kick lately, especially since I am a long term guest in an apartment full of interesting pebbled glass panels in most of the doors. This shot came about shorty after my morning shower. I noticed light shining in through one of the doors and it struck me as...well...a bit spooky in that B-movie sort of way, and so since I was bored, I decided to amuse myself and this is what happened. It takes so little to amuse me.
There is minimal post work here...I narrowed my neck and added a faint hint of a diffuse glow to the glass.

The shadow seems not quite human. Perhaps belaying a sinister purpose to the visitor. There is certainly a strong feeling of the unknown.
Love a lot too this idea. Very good postwork and this comp. Great old style here. Bravo.
Impressive and novel approach to a popular subject!

This is nothing short of superb! I like the understated nature of the picture. You could totally have got away with posting this on one of those UFO sites as the real thing!

whoa--veery nice--almost has the feel of a painting or render--and the creepy vibe--dead on.... They are waaatching...lol
Very nice work
A very unpleasant imagination... ...i like it!
Wow! This evokes a feeling of realism that is chilling! It seems as though you might expect an interstellar pizza to be delivered or maybe it is time for an annual anal probe! I don't know weather to welcome or fear the oncoming excitement!
Hi Chip, for me it is not a mystery. It´s an alien. Where did he came from? All the best, Bernd PS: I like the ALIEN-Movies and have them all. They are wonderful and every year I look them, make me an Alien-weekend. My dog do not like them, he prefers Sesame-street, smile.
FELICIDADES ES GENIAL.
Very clever use of your surroundings, The mark of a gifted artist!
Nice - I feel like I have stepped into an X-Files episode
Laughed out loud at this one, thank you! Great imagination, wit & execution.

Thank you for your comment on the shape of things to come. Your work is awesome. Jimmy
When I was a boy my father used to tell me he was from Mars. This could be one of my relatives. You have such a superb and off beat creativity that produces some truly unique images.
Excellent
Terrific! Haunting shot. I tend to favor art that tells a story. This photo accomplishes that in spades.
This visitor reminds me little bit of extraterrestrial aliens. Very nice creative work.
