Lolita & The Sheriff
"I swear Lolita, you're a woman after my very heart. How'd you know I was back in town? Ridin' with nothin' but road dust to digest, make's a man mighty thirsty, hungry."
"A leatle burdie, tell me so. He is right, no?"
"Yep, that's some birdie. Fresh bath, nice shave, hot meal, bottle o'wine and ... well ... hell Lolita ... all I'm needin' for completion, is the delicate smell of a willin' woman. Yet, here you be, suckin' on that pipe! I don' tol'yah, a man wants his woman to smell like roses, like wild flowers. Not, like my grandpappy's old pipe!"
Lolita threw her head back and laughed, "I assure ju' senor Sheriff, there is worse thing, I could smell of, no? I tell ju' what, for ju', I toss the pipe... but... only for this night? Is okay?"
The sheriff glanced back over his shoulder, his eyes traveling up at her once, then down, strumming that guitar so nicely, serenading him so sweetly and after all that time on the trail thought, 'What in the hell am I thinking, besides, I kinda liked the smell of my grandpappy's old pipe.'

The first thing that came to mind as soon as I saw this image was: "Gosh! This looks complicated and very difficult to do." Then I read the story and I chuckled. Then went back to the image and really looked at it and saw how awesome it was. Loved all the shadows, the poses, the props are amazing! The mountain scene seen through the window is an eye catcher. Great work. A whole bunch of fives for this one. :p

This is such an amazing image, the detail: lighting, clothes, smoke (pipe and stove, mus'nt forget the BG out the window and the story. This rates at least a 15

DLG Wow... well composed scene. Although, I must say I was a bit thrown by the last sentence, "... I kinda liked the smell of my grandpappy's old pipe." For some reason I hear dueling banjos.
Thanks Wiccan for your comment, but if you open the image full size, you get more detail and you will see, that her pipe is smoking.
