Description

Hey...everything's gone black...well, sort of dark blue! I assume this is the new Rendo look. Another render using Danie and Marforno's "Land of Sorrow" pack. I kept this one on a large scale...apologies to anyone on a slow connection! Thanks for looking. Adam

I like the scene, but the framing is too symmetrical and the lighting is too uniform and too flat-- both things reduce the interest of the image. Outdoor lighting is usually strongly directional -- a very bright sunlight, and bright secondary lights from reflections, together with a much duller blue ambient light (from the sky). The shadowing here "reads" as an indoor light, low and behind the viewer's right shoulder
