Description
It's true that piano's wash up on beaches in New Zealand. Something to do with the South Antarctic current and the Roaring Forties slamming into Cruise liners.

I hadn't heard of this phenomenon and would have never believed it without photographic evidence. In the wrong hands this scene could've so easily been nothing more than a gag picture. But this is more about faded beauty than a novelty. Very well handled and taken.
