Description
Welcome to west-central New Mexico and the Ramah Indian Reservation. El Morro is a mesa(table mountain)with a natural water tank at its base - a very important feature in the dry landscape. Ruins of a pueblo town are on top, and the sides have been used as an inscription rock full of Indian glyphs, Spanish conquistador brags, plus American soldiers and settlers doing the 19th century version of "Kilroy was here." I asked a park ranger about the precarious nature of this rock and asked if there was a a prediction for it falling. The ranger mused, "10 minutes, 10 years, 10,000 years. It's up to Mother Nature."

Great capture and information Rog! BTW, I saw a picture of Renee, but briefly. It was one i hadn't seen before and when I wanted to look at it again, I couldn't get it again. Your site is somehow screwed up, I was never able to get to the 15 pages, and the picture was on the first 7 pages but has disappeared lol!
