Description
I do not know if this is modelling. She stop and paid this artist $25 to draw here face. I was across the street when I saw this and I walk across the street and up behind the artist and she was watching me. She started to laffing and a big smile came across here face; the artist did not knopw I was there. I took some more photos and I give each a bussine card.
Yes you saw this artist up on stage painting on another art walk. i forgot to tell him.
He was not mad but say he like to get hold of me for some future projects he might work out.
She was very happy; I do not know her. Wish she will contract me for I need modells yes. I got ideals one which I will post this week and I did not need a modell for it I just happen upon the scence like this one.
I learn some stuff that day when you ask people for their photos some will say ok and others think you some pervert trying to make a move on them. First time I had that happen. But here it was ALLLL GOOOOD.
Even the artist I took photos and was getting paid to draw her was happy. Or he just show nothing which would make him a great actor too.
I got a lot of good shots of her and a lot of good shots of the artwalk. See something diff each time and learn more of human nature.[guess I just do not know how to talk] I will show a photo this week of what I talking about[ maybe I talk too much and get people mix up for I some time start at the end and finish at the beginning. This happen at the middle of the artwalk.

Interesting reflexes: for the sketch she looks serious, flash a camera and she smiles. How much technically (how long can you hold a "pose" for someone sketching as opposed to the near instanteous catch of a camera), how much culturally determined ("Watch the Birdie! Say CHEESE!"). On the other hand, I have known people, including women who did not want photographs taken of them taken at all, and others who want to be paid even for snapshots (especially in Africa).

You sure had that girl laughing, Jock! Makes me laugh too... I once saw an artist like this in Paris, his model started laughing and giggling with a friend, and the artist became very angry and threw the sketch in her face, and the money too! Glad it turned out all good here ;O)

Sweet capture of this whole scene! Funny though, doesn't look to me like the artist is doing THAT well - his picture looks like a 40 year old woman - LOL... Anyway, still a great scene +++
