Another Dear Friend Waits at The Rainbow Bridge.
Hit by a motorist who didn't even stop. She was found laying in the road like an empty wrapper.

I remember the poem about the Rainbow Bridge .. my mom mailed it to me after I left home when my little 90lb puppy passed away. I re-read it the night before my daughter was born when our kitten "Lil Dude" was killed by a car. I know how you feel all too well. So sorry for your loss.

Very sad, karma will catch up to the driver I'm sure. In the meantime, your puppy can play with mine while they wait - they have the same colors, though quite a difference in size! All my best.

My heart cries for this beautiful creature of God. I once had a Siamese cat that was hit by a car...and the same thing..the driver did not stop. I was only 17 years old and can remember it like it happaned yesterday. My NanLyn is at the Rainbow Bridge too. I agree with Seven Wolves...this will catch up with the driver someday.

Randee, that is very sad. I have only hit a dog once and I had no chance to avoid.it made me feel sick for a long time. Tommie was such a beautiful weinie dog

This is so sad. Lovely dog - we had a miniature dachshund [long-haired variety] for many years. btw in Welsh 'rainbow' = pont y glaw = bridge of rain which signifies connections. Mike
