Im still using  Daz 4.24  my Solid state c drive is almost full ..most of it is due to daz files.. I have an older drive with 300 gig of free space.. How much of my runtime can I put on this other drive  ?   I have already moved a few scenes to it as they can be really large files

All of my content is on another drive than C. It's way safer !

Do not forget to find the install manager manifest file folder and back it up if you use DIM

In Studio / preferences /content, you'll find the content directory manager where you can point to your new folder content.

Do you hav DIM (assuming you use that to isntall) set to keep the  zips (checkbox on the ready to install tab)? If so you can just change the path there to match DS, make it the default and then select everything in the Installed tab, right-click, and select reinstall Using Current paths for everything. You want the manifests to be current so that uninstalls and updates work correctly - it doesn't, however, affect DS directly. There are scriupts here (at least in DS 4, I am not sure if they work in DS 6) that can be used to update the DIM paths to match DS or vice-versa.
