i didnt try flipping it since it looked ok in the UV editor..i thought it might be something i did or could do in Carrara...but ill have to give it a try tho... I used Planar...and basically got the front and the back of the shirt... i was fiddling around with it and now im getting really bad seams..sigh..i had to give up for a while out of frustration...lol i originally tried using the free version of UV Mapper, but that didnt work for me either..lol..
I would have to do a test but I suspect this is an artifact of the planar mapping. Planar probably just projects from the front of the object and not from both front and back. (If you catch my drift) You might just flip the backside portion of your texture map while in Photoshop. This might avoid the seam problem you pick up in the UV Editor. Ed

I think i figured out the UV Mapper..lol..i exported the map...in Photoshop i did all the nifty stuff to it...and I applied it in the texture room using parametric mapping using the texture map as the color...i should mention i exported a shirt from Poser as an obj i think.. on the front of the shirt everythings fine, but on the back of it the design is reversed...i checked in the UV mapper and its ok there...im just confused now..lol.help?...tia
