Hi,

for those of you who did not notice yet. We have posted a free update to Carrara Studio 3 on our website. You can find it at :

http://www.eovia.com/download/updates_car.jsp

We have fixed more than 60 bugs, improved the booleans (faster and better), added a work around for OpenGL on ATI cards...

This is really worth downloading !

I have Windows XP on my new computer but on Eovia's update page doesn't shows XP, just 'til Windows 2000. can I install that update on my computer?

Yes you can install the update on XP. Please note that the update is for the english version only. The french version will only be released later. Charles

Very cool. I had encountered the inverted normals issue (when flipping or duplicating with symmetry) and the no-light-through-transparency, and I had work-arounds for both -- but is nice to have them fixed for good.

Thanx Charles! I've had problems loading it onito my Mac OS 9.02 machine. I hope this fixes that!
