A member of the board of trustees has driven down to affirm that the newly renovated mansion is ready for occupancy by the next generation of the family. The trust was established to avoid inheritance taxes, ruinously high in this country. The board decides, a decision yet to be made, who is chosen to live in the mansion, a secretive process that leads to conflict between members of the board and surviving members of the family, conflict which can become serious as we shall see.
This is the last we shall see of the exterior except looking out through the windows. The story unfolds indoors.
This is the second edition of the mansion story. The main character is the multi-part Modular Mansion which was hot yet complete. the grounds had not been made so I created street views that did not work out very well. Views looking out the windows can now look better. Lighting and attention to detail will be better, too. The story itself hasn't changed. (Spoiler alert - the old version is all there in my gallery. So avoid the temptation to peek.) This is a mystery romance so we should know how it comes out in the end, don't we, but there will still be surprises along the way.
Images are now going into an album making it easier to follow the story in order if you wish to. Go to the album and sort on oldest first.
Thanks for looking and enjoy the ride.
