Elven Village Guardhouse is now in its fourth iteration, and near release state. Im going to update the interior view sometime soon. This shows the entire model, including the expanded walkway. We introduced the walkway with Elven Village Watermill (powered by a waterfall), and feedback was so positive we thought it would be something special and unique to the elves. The walkways have two pieces, so its possible to extend the walkways indefinitely, and reuse the staircase again and again. We've also introduced our "elder stones" motif with this. Elves are slow to update and upgrade, yet stay attached to their ancient beginnings. With this guardhouse, they reuse the ancient and magical early stonework, both in the gateway and also, along the walkway, to help guard against magical intruders. Also, we've introduced new layers of platforms in addition to broadly protective towers. This allows elven mystics to utilize magical forces to bombard enemies, while affording themselves a level of protection by housing their archers nearby.
