Description
Sometimes I think our sense of scale is getting out of proportion ;-) We just finished Elven Village Market, and now we are working on Elven Village Guardhouse. This is an interior view of one of the towers. There's still a lot of work going on in here. To the left you can see where stairs lead down to an open central area, somewhat like what we did with Medieval Village Guardhouse (so users can pack their own central tower or other buildings inside).
Its hard to see all of the elven "accents" from here, other than the decorations on the roof. These are special "double towers" that have both the roof and a second archer's platform right under it.
Model was created in Max 7 and rendered in Vue 5 Esprit.

Aye, a nice and very holistic approach to fortressery! But alas, from this shot I can't see anything even remotely elven about it. But then again, who's to say WHAT the elves can build? And who knows what kind of circumstances made them build it!
