Description
Took a trip to the markets in the mountains around where I live on the weekend.
Whilst driving we spoted this gorgeous flower/wattle? none of us had ever seen before.
So on the way back had to stop to get some photos of this wounder of nature.
Luck has it a single bee landed in front of my lense whilst I was focusing in on macro.
This is a composition of 2 shots. The angle on the flower with the bee was dull so I used another shot, blurred the background and placed the shot with the bee in the foreground.
Is this effective? can you see the compo and did I get the blurring right? Some tips as to what I could do to self improve this image would be appreciated.
I had to spend some hours cutting this flower and bee away from the rest of the scene, and, well, I guess I am still in doubt or 2 minds for some reason. I just can't put my finger on whats it is though.
