"Happiness, that grand mistress of the ceremonies in the dance of life, impels us through all its mazes and meanderings, but leads none of us by the same route."
~Charles Caleb Colton (English sportsman and writer, 1780-1832)
I'm delighted that you came to view/comment. I was experimenting with some gnarls and this came up! I hope you enjoy. :)

yes that the truth you say and this is a fine image you made too
An excellent and most appropriate image to complement the fine quotation , Vivian !
This is awesome!! Looks like Sierp World!!
Interesting work. It looks a bit like the underside of a massive integrated circuit.
Very cool circuitry, Viv! Bravo!
looks great!
This is COOL, Viv! Excellent metallic shine to the gold and "semiconductor" vibe.
A lot going on with this one -- it's wonderful! Perfect colors, shading and background! Awesome! :^)
Wonderful surfaces and form. The contrasting colors are perfect as well. Happiness is also a most elusive and fleeting mistress, perhaps where she leads some of us is on such a long and distorted path the the end of the maze is always just around the next few corners.
Neat results from your experimenting. Quite different. Your quote seems to fit this image perfectly.
Wow, very impressive. That golden shine is perfect. Don't want to get trapped in this maze, though: can't find the way out ;-)
A fractal printed circuit board how cool.... :)
