Description
A quick turn left from yesterday's posting shows the view, approximately, across the street from the townhouse where we started.
The stairs go to the top of the actual hill with the Inner Harbor district on the other side.
The flag is a 'replica' of the original "Star Spangled Banner" but probably a tad smaller. Baltimore has taken to flying the 15-star/15-stripe flag over city facilities as a link with it past.
Time to look over the hill.
Enjoy; thanks for viewing.
Glad that some folks are finding the tour interesting. It's a cheap way to visit other cities! If anyone has any special interests, we will see what we can do to get a picture. Sorry, 'The Block' is largely out of business!

Something special for the patriots! Excellent!!!
Excellent photo, as usual. My dad has a photo of an old flag (I think like 15-stars, same number of strips) that someone was flying off their front porch in New England. Not sure if it was a replica or not, but it did look old, though in very good condition. Oh, and if you're taking scenic requests, I'm a fan of anything to do with railroads ;-)
seems the perfect post for memorial day!
brilliant capture of the flag framed by trees! ;o)
Dear TW, nice shot and love the 15 stars (and stripes) flag flying. Very pretty as always. And like 19Paul, I love it all, but it's hard to be trains, boats, and planes!!!! Excellent work! Love, Meredith (AKA Attila - e-bots horde destroyer!)
