Description

(I think I used to work for this guy...) Here we see the Port Covington Squadron going through a series of maneuvers and evolutions on the inlet. The mothership with an escort of ducklings and ducklettes are doing their best for 'the brass.' However, (and I know the feeling all too well), Commodore Mallard seems to find something else much more interesting than what is going on for 'his benefit.' Actually, this is two images taken far apart. The postwork made it appear as if they are in relative proximity to each other. I could not resist the story line. Time to move on... only so much one can find of interest in a small inlet on a single day. Where were we headed towards? Hmmm. Such a nice day! Enjoy; thanks for viewing. [OK, I have to 'fess up here. No geese were injured during the images for yesterday's posting. These are professional animals with full credentials and certifications. They don't do things like this at home without adult supervision. Titania finished dredging the bottom and proceeded down the inlet in a stately manner. (Honk!)]

Dear TW, I'm still drowning in e-bots - and the water is rising!!! YIKES!! I'm so sorry I am this far behind. It's just shameful! Gonna try to catch up a little all this weekend! THANK YOU for the cute litle ducks!!! You can't imagine some of the THINGS I have seeb in the last couple of hours!!! I love these little guys and gals!! AND - I'm glad you fessed up - I figured that the "sinking" was a con job. By the way, a couple of years before the Titanic, there was a novel about the largest ship of the day, that sank on it's maiden voyage across the Atlantic when it struck and iceberg. The name of the ship was the "Titan!" Love the ducks!!!! Excellent Work!! Love, Darth Meredith, Dread Destroyer of E-Bots!!!
