Description
Upper image gives some idea of the size of the fire. The warehouse was 200 x 400 foot, and it went fast. Most of the flames have settled down to munching on the fallen timbers; no more explosions and leaping pillars of fire.
(No, no reporter here. Got too much self respect to become part of the glibberal media establishment. Point: this fire was 2 days ago, local rag is still full of political 'stuff' and not a peep about our fire. "If it ain't dirt, it ain't news.") :-b
Bottom image is a look at the aftermath. Still smouldering. On our way out, two trucks were still spraying water on the mess. Even today, a truck was entering the site for whatever.
'Nuff of that; let's go see something more peaceful.
Enjoy; thanks for viewing.

Glibberal ? What does it mean ?
very good shots here
Dear TW, Once started, it's amaking how long things can burn. The landfill down in Harlingen caught fire before Christmas. A month later, it was STILL burning. And some of the coal mines have burned for years - I think there is one in Colorado that's been burning a century or so. Really amazing!! Excellent work!! Love, Meredith
