*dusts his gallery off* Eeesh... I gotta upload more often! Oy vey...
Anyways, this is a bit of a work in progess for my final project in my Visual Design class at ITT. What can I say about the class? Well, the people are great, the Professor is great, but the book stinks! Anyways, this is a magazine cover meant to look like a sister publication of Maximum PC, or it would be if they did a magazine dedicated to games. Everything on here is fictious, meaning the games don't exist yet.
The characters are made in poser, the rest is done in Photoshop 8 :)

Good job so far. Magazine covers generally use up ALL the space with the figures, so scale them up, and overlap them. (also fix hole in webbed stocking) Convincing text.
I agree, the text is good ("College is Hell" is funny!), and I would enlarge those figures and fill up that space.
The costume of the character on the left is undeniably cool.
