Description
A few steps down from the ladies' hair salon we see that the White Eagle Credit Union is closed for today (Sunday). However, the eats shops next door are open and seem to be doing very well.
Where once was cooked Halupki and Kielbasa is now Tortillas? Next door again is Cazuela offering Ecuadorian food.
Thinking on the mixing going on here, there is a certain logic to it. I've mistaken Mexican brass music for polka music more times that I'd care to admit. Maybe I can get a Kielbasa wrap in one of these places?
Enjoy; thanks for viewing.

Dear TW, or maybe klobase? More similarities. Hmmm - and I wonder how the mix of ethnicities compares with New York during the early 1900's. I wonder if the same things were not seen - and perhaps thought by the existing residents? Makes you kind of wonder. Very thought provoking (as is to be expected!) Excellent work! Love, Meredith
