Description

Testing out some settings for what is going to be my maxdefault scene -I'm trying to sell it to DAZ. It's basically a ready-made showcase scene where you can import models and render them painlessly without having to set up a background scene of any kind. It's great for showcasing models, etc. Let me know what you think, and tell me how much you would pay for something like this. I wanna start it out at $4.99 :) Note: lens blur in PS, although I'm working on some defaults for Bryce DOF :)

Nice result. 2 Things, You have a landscape, try a Portrait next. Lastly, is the pricing based on something similar? I would be more apt to spend 2.95 than 4.99. Lower pricing creates volume. my .02 Again...Real nice work.

Only additional thought might be that if you made the top center surface more reflective it might work to show off more angles on a model placed on it to be showcased...of course it might up the render time considerably

It's beautifully done and I recognise your new house, I think. Just one thought: the radiator in the background. If you want people to use this to showcase their models, they might not always feel that the radiator was appropriate. It would look anachronistic with medieval models, for instance.

Hmmm, trying to earn some money on the side, bills are getting to high in Romania ??? :P I say go for it, every talented modeler should try to sell his/hers skills (as I will one of these days), nothing wrong with that ! :D

blurry background,,,cooler drac....new max default scene.. the back image i think is better to be a musseum gallery..why??? some artist work in showcase,,,,excellent softly lighting and textures
