5-6 fractals went into this composition. I am real happy with the outcome. I think by far it is the best birds I have done. I hope you enjoy as much as I did bringing it together. thanks for all your visits and comments

It just seems like a bunch of mediocre Apophysis fractals thrown on top of each other and the tope layers have little or no blending. There are some parts I like but I feel the pieces could have been far better composed.
Stunning, Richard. I know it's 2005, and you're probably thinking "we didn't have running WATER in 2005," but it's stunning anytime. I know that accomplished fractal artists can make likenesses with fractals---which boggles me no end, as I can barely make a FRACTAL with fractals. But what I love about this is the likeness of the parrot and babies, of the nest, of the leaves, etc, mixed with that galactic feeling that you've created in other fractals, with bursts of flame and wonderful color combinations. And the two worlds are finely united. Also, the upper leaves are like parsley on steroids, and you have white leaves (bottom) like huge snowflakes. Beautiful. I love it. (When I first used fractals, I couldn't believe that the art actually "moved"! It moved. It morphed while I was sitting there. In all my years with paint, graphite, inks, etc, nothing ever MOVED---not unless I screamed at it. So when I worked with fractals the first time, I jumped out of my seat: I called a fractal friend and said, "It's MO-VING!!!!" That was one of the last times I worked with fractals. I honestly think all fractal artists are from another planet, and your "scripts" ((wink, wink)) are plans to take over the galaxy...but that's just me...)
