It's a rainbow chase
A fool's folly
In our search
For the perfect partner
The perfect form
We lose sight of
Our perfect Love
Hidden in imperfection
We perceive
Our heart's desire
Giving it mental form
Only to discover
Our perfect partner
Is right before us
But who can see
when blinded
by Perfection?
