Description
The cat is a bit worried--and has reason. Oscar is pointedly watching her as she starts across the street. He won't go after her, though. His mistress is in the pharmacy and told him to "Stay!" and he is an obediant dog. The high-born girl in the lower right corner is impatiently waiting for her servant--seen running toward the corner on the opposite side of the street--to return with the purse that the rich girl had forgotten. Her servant is about to pass a begger lady trying to get some coins from another upper class lady sitting on a bench. The serving girl carrying water could care less. She's just trying to get back to her mistress without having an accident. A couple of men are having a chat, most likely about women and drinking.
Okay, so we've got medieval dress with Tudor architecture; so it's a fantasy, for cryin' out loud.
The figures are Mike 2 and Vicky 3 Poser figures. The men's clothing came from PoserWorld subscription. The women's were purchased from Runtime DNA. Most of the buildings were freebies downloaded from the Net. Thanks to all those folks for their generosity and some neat models.
The cart and stage were modeled by me.
Thanks for looking.

WOW. A lot of work in this image. Great composition.
Well done. Fun story and enjoyable post. I had a hard time finding Oscar and both doors though. Love the cat and the rounded edges on the waggon. :-). Men talking about wimmin and booze - so it has been for centuries. Gee - I wonder what sex would be like under full gravity.
Retired, I vaguely remember what that was like. Ha!
Awesome setup and scene construction! Only the lighting itself seems a bit 3d-ish. I'd keep this one around, perhaps render it with different skies and see how it turns out!
A LOT of nice detail, but the lighting is doing something to keep this from awesome!
I agree with shadowdragonlord and nun2brite about the lighting. Sigh. You should have seen the earlier versions, if you think this one is bad.
Excellent creation!! :)
